Homobody Tip #21: Get a good haircut

A good haircut can make your face look thinner. You can lose 10 pounds in just one hour!

That’s why it is important to get your hair done by a true hair professional, not the lady on the corner. Fine hair stylists know what styles will be most flattering, even for guys.

Also, I’m convinced that the pampering aspect of going to a nice salon will help you achieve your weight loss goals. Any opportunity to make yourself feel good that doesn’t involve food is one you should take…especially if you have had problems with overeating.

As for cost, the difference between a nice salon and the place on the corner isn’t much more than a few drinks or one dinner out, and it will make you feel better than either of those things!
