Homobody Tip #23: Eat a hill of beans

Beans are a wonderful weight-loss food.

They are full of fiber and have a good amount of protein. They get you full quickly and keep you full for a long time.

It’s important not to regard them as similar to other carbohydrate-rich foods like bread or pasta. Beans are whole foods, and the calories from them do not react in your body like processed foods do.

The best part: they are EASY and CHEAP and they don’t spoil! Just pop open a can and you have a delicious base for a meal (or a meal in itself if you are in a crunch).
