Homobody Tip #27: Train with friends

I’m not talking the workout buddy. They NEVER work!

“Hey, I’m going to the gym…wanna go?”

It is way too easy to blow off a workout buddy!!

Instead, really TRAIN with your friends.

  • Hire a trainer for a partner or small group workout.
  • Sign up with a friend for a one-month bootcamp or yoga session.
  • Or just join a workout class and make friends with the regulars!

You won’t dread working out when there are people you look forward to seeing waiting there.

Say HI to people in your workout class. After a few sessions, you’ll learn names and in a few months, you’ll be friends! It’s fun. Do it!
