Homobody Tip #28: Do some push-ups

I recently went on a few dates with a guy who has one of the hottest bodies in San Diego. I’m not just saying that. He won numerous shower and wet underwear contests throughout the city. Everywhere we went, people would recognize him from these contests.

My friend asked him what he did at the gym to get such a hot body.

A lot of push-ups.

Now, I know that push-ups aren’t easy. But I love them anyway. I think most people don’t like them because of the excessive joint stress they cause.

I recommend keeping your elbows close to your side to take stress off of the shoulder.

If you have a little extra money, I also recommend the Perfect Push-Up. It solves the common problems of elbow, wrist and shoulder strain when doing push-ups. They’re not paying me for this endorsement, by the way!

The real beauty of push-ups is that you can do them anywhere, anytime. Just get down and do some. Even if you do them on your knees, you’ll still feel them and get benefits.

And if you’re wondering what happened with me and the hot bodied stud, he had chronic bad breath. In my opinion, there isn’t a body hot enough nor a face gorgeous enough to overcome the unpleasantness of halitosis. Damn!

Hey Charlie!

I actually bought the Perfect Pushup thing. They are way hard to do and I’ve been lazy / busy studying for the bar, so I haven’t used them. Probably will use them after I move…

But yea, you need to move up to SF so you can be my trainer! :P

Hope all is well,

Michael
